Jerry Kennell, AAI principal, will make two presentations to camp executives. In regards to his first presentation, "Capital Campaign Challenges," Kennell says, "Capital campaigns pose special challenges for camp and conference centers. Few have development staff or can afford attention to donor relationships. Constituencies are changing. This seminar will explore how to prepare for success in your campaign."

The second presentation is titled "Board and Staff Roles." "Successful camps are guided by boards and staff that understand their unique roles and how to build and use the dynamic relationship between governance and administration. This seminar will present key points for success, including an introduction to policy governance, with opportunity to explore and discuss your board/staff roles and relationship."
