Gerig and Client to present at IAHSA

Rich Gerig, AAI principal, will team with Daryl Martin, CEO of Swiss Village (continuing care retirement community), in presenting "Building Wellness...Living Well: Reaching for $6 Million -- A Case Study." They will tell of Swiss Village's commitment to a state of the art wellness program; its plans to build a $4.5 million facility and to endow it; and its experience to date in rallying support for the plans..

Earlier in the day, Gerig will present "Philanthropy and Long Term Care: Opportunities and Obstacles." Gerig will inform participants of the efforts of AAHSA Philanthropy Network to strengthen development staffs for more effective fundraising. Of particular interest are the science and art of locating, cultivating, and building mutually rewarding relationships with prospective donors.
