Hess, Ph.D. — Associate
Dan has been a communication consultant for over 35 years and taught
communication at Goshen College for more than 30 years. He consults
nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the areas of personal,
organizational, and cross-cultural communication. A dynamic and
upbeat communicator, Dan is a natural motivator.
His books include:

Dan has directed international study-service units, led orientation
seminars for international relief and service agencies, and helped
produce a film about refugees (Journeys of Hope). In 1991, he received
The Sears Roebuck Foundation Award for Teaching Excellence and Campus
Leadership.
As president of J.Daniel Hess Communication Services, Inc., Dan
operates from his home office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
